The SCORE Rockford Business Roundtable is a local alliance consisting of businesses and organizations listed at the bottom of this page.

Meeting Frequency: Once Monthly
Meeting Time: Normally the 3rd Thursday of the Month, 7:30am; Dismissal absolutely no later than 9 am
Discussion Forum: Open; Dependent on the Group Attending; SCORE will provide discussion topics if none are volunteered
Meeting Place: Winnebago County Planning Board, 404 Elm Street, Rockford, IL; 5th Floor in Room 510
Purpose: See Business Roundtable Overview; Peer education, stimulate business growth, and encourage networking
Open To: Any existing business or new business start-up
Facilitated by: Northern Illinois SCORE Mentors
Meeting Size: 15 suggested; no more than 25 attendees
Cost: FREE; Coffee and pastries will be supplied

This months topic will be customer retention. It is a well known fact that the cost of getting a new customer is multiple times (6X estimated) the cost of marketing to an existing customer. So one question then is, "what do we need to do to get the highest possible customer retention?" Most businesses have had both good and bad customer experiences. Join the group and share some of your best and worst customer experiences. Plan to join us and learn what works and what doesn't work from others.
