To Assist You in Reaching SCORE, please note:

• Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am until 12pm each day.  A volunteer is on duty to take your calls.  Should the volunteer be busy with counseling, please leave a short, but descriptive message.  Someone will return your call!
• Counseling is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.  All in-person sessions are 1 hour, and are held at the EIGERLab in Rockford.  At the Belvidere location, all in-person counseling is by special appointment.  Usually, counseling is available at Belvidere on Thursday mornings.
• Online Counseling is by appointment only.  Indicate your interest in being counseled online using the form above.  Use the comment box and provide 2-3 times when you might be available, and what your counseling needs involve.
