Process for Submitting Web Page Changes for www.NorthernIllinoisSCORE.org

Use this form to send change requests to webmaster@NorthernIllinoisSCORE.org for simple page changes, and page additions.  For groups of new pages, or for major redesigns of pages, contact the Northern IL SCORE webmaster directly.

Why Is This Form Needed?

• To eliminate the need to retype copy by webmaster; to use cut-n-paste instead
• To minimize up-front time by webmaster searching for content previously sent via multiple emails months apart
• To eliminate lost emails; to send all requests to the same place
• To speed up the change process by eliminating the need to make a change, do the upload, make a change, do another upload, etc.
• To provide a more secure form of transmission within the web hosts form processor
• To eliminate the time spent by webmaster previously writing the creative copy

* Are There Any New Images to Add to This Page?:	Yes         No      If Yes, upload the images using the input boxes below.  If the images are not supplied with the text, then the change can not be processed.  Come back to this form when you have the necessary information.
New Image Upload You can likely upload 4 images depending on the size of the image.  If the images are too large to process in this form, then you will need to send them to webmaster@NorthernIllinoisSCORE.org using a FREE service called www.sendthisfile.com; or burn them to a CD and hand deliver:	For each of the images you upload, provide an image caption for that image.  Go to the "Describe What Needs to be Done With the Images" box 2 lines up; then list the caption for each image like this: Image 1:  Caption 1 is:   xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Image 2:  Caption 2 is:   yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy etc.
