This 'Business Concepts' workshop is the 2nd in a series of 5 sessions called "Simple Steps to Starting Your Business".  This workshop focuses on developing and defining your business idea.

In Session #2, we help you:

• Allow you to share it with others;
• Introduce you to Ann's Nursery, a fictitiuous but realistic business model;
• Help you define your business in terms of growth cycle, NAICS data, RMA statistics, profitability, and trends;
• Introduce you to feasibility planning, and target markets;
• Show you how to collect critical information on your industry, customers, competition, and market trends;
• Provide valuable links and resources for analysis;
• Assign a mentor to you for the life of your business;
